1. Click Windows key + R then type secpol.msc after that OK. 2. Then click Network List Manager Policies after that right click your network and click on Properties.
3. Click on Network Location tab then click Private and User cannot change location. Just click Apply and OK to save and exit.
Note: If you would like change it back in public network, click on Public but not configured. Then simply click on Apply and Ok to save and exit.
